Disney is taking a MASSIVE LOSS with the announcement that it is shutting down it's Disney World Star Wars hotel, the Galactic Starcruiser experience. Apparently, not enough people were paying the ridiculously overpriced fees to stay in a Star Wars themed resort with NONE of the original Star Wars characters and WAY too many sequel trilogy characters that no one likes!
So despite spending BILLIONS on Star Wars Galaxy's Edge parks, Disney is having to take a huge loss and suffer the public embarrassment of admitting they've damaged the Star Wars brand to the point where NO ONE CARES ABOUT STAR WARS ANYMORE.
