Godzilla vs Kong Review SPOILERS from the Salty Nerds who LOVED this movie even though it was super dumb.
Who doesn't like a movie about giant monsters beating each other up while causing massive amounts of destruction? In this Godzilla vs. Kong review, the Salty Nerds geek out hard over all the kaiju action!
We have equal number of Team Godzilla and Team Kong among the Salty Crew, and they're able to overlook the awful story to get to the meat of the action: Godzilla vs. Kong! (With Mechagodzilla thrown into the mix for good measure!)
The Godzilla vs Kong reaction from the Nerds was one of pure joy as this movie delivered on exactly what the Nerds wanted - lots of monster fighting! Unfortunately, this Godzilla vs. Kong movie had a little too much "human drama" in it that distracted from the real meat and potatoes of the film.
In this spoiler-filled review of Godzilla vs Kong, the Salty Nerds will point out all the story problems, what they liked, and what they're hoping for in future monsterverse movies.
