Kadish's film school roots take him back to the classic New Zealand horror genre pioneered by Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson when he forces his co-hosts to watch Jackson's first ever film: Bad Taste. However, as the title suggests, this film did not sit well with the rest of the Salty Crew. Jude was permanently traumatized while MattVader simply refused to finish watching it after about 20 minutes. Alex, surprisingly, comes to appreciate this film, but doesn't quite hold it in the esteem Kadish does. If you're a fan of Peter Jackson, Lord of the Rings, and campy low budget horror movies, then you won't want to miss this discussion of BAD TASTE.
